Shipping & Handling Time

Orders are usually processed within 12 to 15 business days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Shipping charges varies depending on your mode of payment. 

 

Shipment Tracking

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.


Delivery Location:

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee/Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility in Kolkata.

Change in Shipping Address:

Customer can check the status & track their orders by logging in.

Shipping details cannot be changed at customer’s end once the order is created. If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to hello@zinayaa.com

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Partner. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.

www.zinayaa.com holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

 

  1. We only offer COD on orders placed on the website. Orders placed via Instagram or Whatsapp can't accept COD orders. 
  2. If you're unable to reach us, kindly email us on hello@zinayaa.com or leave a message on Instagram/ whatsapp and allow us a minimum of 24-48 hrs to get back to you.
  3. Orders generally take a minimum of 12-15 business days to arrive.
  4. All delivery estimates are from the order date.
  5. We won't be able to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  6. We will try to deliver products in time but in some cases orders may be delayed as all our products undergo a quality check test. This may sometimes lead to delay in case if the product fails to pass the quality check test. 
  7. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. 
  8. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, kindly refuse to take delivery.  You must shoot a video and take multiple pictures of the same. 
  9. If your non personalized jewellery arrives damaged, then the return request must be placed within 2 days of placing the order. Any return requests after 2 days will not be accommodated. Customers have to bear shipping charges for returning their product which is Rs 200. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which the return will not be possible. We will either fix the product and send it back or offer you the amount in credit in case it can't be fixed.
    Note: Personalized products are not returnable unless the product is damaged or defective.
  10. In case you end up choosing the wrong polish colour while placing the order, your order cannot be rectified. We are not liable to replace or change your order.
  11. If you're facing any trouble with the customization options while placing the order on the website, then our customer care representative will give you a call in the next 24-48 hours. In case you miss our call, we are not responsible to fulfill your order. 
  12. All registered customers have the option to track their orders by heading to the track your order page. 
  13. Zinayaa Designs complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Act. Our Site (and links that may be available through our Site), are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from such persons.
